Help women in your homes and offices. Not only morally but actionable too. When women are home from work, they are also tired, do not expect them to be superhuman. They also need a week off. Take them out for lunch or dinner. Help them in household work. If you cannot help them no problem at least do your chores on your own. If you are in a position to give something in the office workspace give them the sense of equality financially and authoritatively. Being a female they do not work less, hence they do not deserve less compensation too, give them an equal pay rise. A little change in your mindset can make this world a better place.
