Health benefits of “POPCORN”

Ok! So before I say something I would like to ask you something. So tell me who is your movie partner. Don’t wanna share ?? No problem,  I can do that …my perfect movie partner is “POPCORN”…. and when they are flavored it adds even more romance to my love for popcorns.

They are always feather-lite still it is rich in fiber and is much filling too. Sometimes it also happened that the best part of my movie evenings is only and only the intervals as the movie was so ridiculous and I decided to concentrate on “popcorns”.
Let us explore how important nutrients like fiber, polyphenolic compounds, antioxidants, vitamin B complex, manganese, and magnesium content makes popcorn a healthy choice for your snacking habits!
Air-popped or eaten plain, popcorn is a healthy whole grain food that is low in calories ( about 30 calories per cup) and high in fiber (about 1g per cup), especially when compared to snacks like chips/ wafers.

Since variety is the spice of life and due to my immense love for “POPCORNS” and my continuous urge to discover new treatments for my taste buds. I came across with new flavours of popcorns.
Although the flavours are not much new to the frequent visitors of multiplexes, but the best part is , they are now easily available and if you are really crazy like me …… now you dont need to buy a movie ticket just to have flavoured pop corns. You can get them now at any general store starting from just Rs5/-
They come in many flavors like
Chilli Storm American Corn
Peri Peri American Corn Sour Cream American CornButter Popcorn Spicy PopcornCheese popcornPeri popcorn the flavors are amazing and perfect for food lover and diet conscious people too. Yes just remember the nutritious value of popcorn.
